Mission Statement
To deliver enhanced solutions that improve the Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) of a facility at land or sea, every day, setting the standard by which others in our industry are evaluated.
This is the year when IAQ Diagnostics was incorporated. In the beginning, our founder and three other persons — all of whom provided Kitchen Exhaust System Cleaning services at the initial stage.
2013

Within a year, IAQ Diagnostics then expanded to Indoor Air Quality Assessment, Disinfection and Air Duct Cleaning services. It was a year of revolution for us because the team received its major contract for Mold Decontamination and Indoor Air Quality assessment.
2014

Two years passed, IAQ Diagnostics acquired technologically advanced air duct cleaning systems and spread its wings to various international clients and Oil & Gas projects. It was one of the best years for us as we became the only company in Asia that is licensed to use LIFA Air technologies.

IAQ Diagnostics worked towards obtaining ISO 9001:2015 accreditation “Provision of Indoor Air Quality, Air Duct System Cleaning, Kitchen Exhaust System Cleaning, Mold Decontamination and Disinfection services”.

IAQ Diagnostics then again experienced a major achievement by expanding services from land to sea. The team has always been focused on exceeding customers’ needs and expectations. Hence we listened to your demands and continued to extend our wings to various industries and facilities such as Oil & Gas, Offshore, Marine and Healthcare.

Yet another blessing year owing to the hard work of our team. IAQ Diagnostics has been awarded a major contract for Air Duct and HVAC Cleaning. Since then, Air Duct and HVAC Cleaning have been IAQ Diagnostics’ key services, further dominating the IAQ sector.

IAQ Diagnostics rebranded to IAQ Facility Services for better market repositioning. Our team has developed a new organizational strategy that changes our company’s business practices over the years, which include the workplace organization and our relationships with customers.
